Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and organize documents for data entry, ensuring that all information is well-categorized and easily accessible.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to assist with data-related tasks and support the hiring process.
Conduct regular data audits to maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company standards.
Generate reports and extract data as required by the management team.
Respond to data-related inquiries and provide necessary support to internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role, demonstrating proficiency in accurate data entry and management.
Exceptional typing speed and accuracy, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Proficient in using data entry software and tools, with strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for identifying errors and inconsistencies.
